Website information

When you visit this website, the hosting service may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, time of access and security logs. We use this information only for reliable and secure website operation.

Internal business administration

Curious Coffee uses operational data for internal administration, including sales reporting and reconciliation across its locations. Access is limited to people and systems that need it for those purposes.

Google account authorisation

Curious Coffee operates an internal application that is authorised against its own Google account. The application uses Gmail read-only access solely to retrieve relevant Curious Coffee operational and report emails, including GloriaFood / Oracle daily sales reports.

The application cannot send, modify or delete Gmail messages. It does not use Gmail to contact customers. Information read from relevant reports is used for internal sales administration and reconciliation.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to this small internal system. Access credentials are kept in controlled secret storage rather than in the public website. Operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for administration, reconciliation, security and applicable record-keeping obligations.
